Helping Clients Align All Support Providers

Tammy Ketelhut, coordinator of Paramount Farming educational activities, emailed the following questions. Although she is addressing the three schools they help support financially, I think her questions are worth all of us addressing. Here are her questions:

1. What processes/strategies are in placed to ensure Springboard’s communication and collaboration with additional outside entities assigned to each district to assist in their Program Improvement efforts?
2. What is the ratio of onsite coaching consultation for each client? How many hours are planned for onsite coaching per client?
